
昨天我們網站去了台灣的IDEAS SHOW展覽
這是一個很奇妙的場合,是一個展覽,可是我想所有參展人的平均年齡低於三十歲以下,而且各網站的年齡都是網海裡的新挑戰者。
每家網站都僅有六分鐘的簡報時間,所以,要讓底下的創投與媒體對你有興趣,你就只有六分鐘,媽的超刺激的。雖然說我因為有些緊張,有點講太快了,僅花了不到五分鐘便講完,但是好險沒漏掉些什麼,以下是簡報影片,不克前來支持的朋友們也可以看看囉:
Wacanai.com was one of the websites in IDEAS SHOW,Taiwan. The special atmosphere in the expo is that all the web developers are relatively young, I think most of them are under 30. Each website has an opportunity to give a 6 min demo for VCs and press on stage. 6 minutes, that's all you got, you got to be charming and convincing in 6 minutes. I were a kind of nervous, I only spent 5 minutes to deliver the whole presentation. Luckily, nothing I wanted to express was lost. Below is actual recording:

『這就是我們跟搜尋引擎截然不同之處,搜尋引擎找到的食譜,網友們還要東買那個西買這個,可是我們卻直接告訴你,你冰箱裡的這些東西可以做什麼,不用出門購物。而且我們是第一個也是唯一一個能提供此類服務的網站!』,該網站創辦人黃軍皓說:『 Wacanai將會是一個改變世界的網站。年輕媽媽們學做菜,只要上我們網站,就可以知道冰箱裡面的東西能做出什麼東西,不用再另外買東西』
Wacanai運用了新穎的方式,企圖改變人類學習的習慣。傳統的學習方式是問『我想要做什麼?』,而Wacanai則是以『我有什麼?』出發。從身邊的物品開始,去學習任何的知識。同時達到了環保,優化資源的目標。同時透過Web 2.0力量,網友們也可以分享自己的獨門知識, 例如使用者可以撰寫自己得意的家鄉菜配方,當其他使用者擁有滿足此配方的材料時,他們便能透過Wacanai得到推薦。
『我們有一個遠大的夢想,就是全人類都可以透過這方是學習任何的知識。我們希望有一天,在農民只要透過Wacanai,就能知道現有的農具,能夠做出什麼樣的農業精進,不要花錢』,黃軍皓如此說。
Wacanai經過近一年的開發期,目標鎖定具有高學習慾望的知識份子,發展獨特的比對機制,企圖讓使用者體會到截然不同的學習方式。並且於六月二十五日,台北所舉辦的創新網站展 Ideas Show當日開站。

Users get calculated advices from the website to discover more possibilities in life. Instead of keyword searching, users input what they have at hand, thus the results suggested are all doable right now for users.
“This is why we are so unique and better than search engines. Whenever you find a food recipe on search engines, you have to go shopping in the most of the time. What Wacanai does, is that we tell you what you can do with the things you have in your fridge, no shopping needed. And we are the one and only website to deliver this amazing service” , said Howard Huang , CEO of Wacanai.com. “Wacanai is a website that can really change the world. Now you know what you can do with your present belongings, not just for cook, but everything. This is going to change the way we shop and use every little things.”, he further pointed.
Wacanai developed a trendy way of resource matching to deliver an alternative way of learning. The old school way of learning is like asking yourself: “What do I wanna do?” , and Wacanai thinks that asking yourself: “What do I have” is a better route.
